1 Year Manufacturer’s Warranty Terms & Conditions

MUMANU® PREGNANCY PILLOW WARRANTY RIGHTS & REMEDIES
We want to give you confidence in the quality of our Mumanu® pregnancy pillow. The Mumanu® pregnancy pillow is fully warranted against defects in materials & workmanship for one year from the date of purchase.

WHAT IS THE MUMANU® WARRANTY?
If we determine that your Mumanu® pregnancy pillow has a manufacturing fault we will repair it free of charge. If not practical to repair it we will, at our discretion, replace the faulty part in question*.

WHAT IS OUTSIDE OF THE MUMANU® PREGNANCY PILLOW WARRANTY TERMS?
If your Mumanu® pregnancy pillow fails due to neglect or negligence, accident, wear & tear or if it is outside the 1 year warranty period, we will happily repair it for a reasonable charge.

WHO DO I CONTACT?
If your product is less than 12 months old and subject to a warranty claim please email us at info@mumanu.com.
If you are unsure if your Mumanu® pregnancy pillow is subject to a warranty claim, or it is outside the two year warranty period, or you would like to purchase a replacement part please consult us by emailing info@mumanu.com. You will need to provide proof of your purchase and we will inform you of the next step.

WHO IS COVERED?
The original purchaser buying the Mumanu® pregnancy pillow from an authorized dealer (from our list of stockists). Proof of purchase is required.

WHAT IS COVERED?
Workmanship or materials that are deemed faulty by Mumanu®, providing the product has at all times been used in accordance with the instructions, used in normal conditions & been properly maintained.

WHAT IS NOT COVERED?
Second hand product; poorly maintained product; modified product; normal wear, fading & fabric cuts; attempted repairs by the customer; improper use or care: (by way of example) abnormal use; not following instructions; excessive load; transport damage i.e. airline or postal/ freight damage.

CUSTOMER COSTS WITHIN THE MUMANU® WARRANTY
The customer is responsible for any inwards postal charges to return the pillow to Mumanu® for warranty & or service.
CUSTOMER COSTS OUTSIDE OF THE MUMANU® PREGNANCY PILLOW WARRANTY
Where proof of purchase is not provided or your Mumanu® pregnancy pillow is outside of the one year warranty period, Mumanu® reserves the right to charge a service fee and/or charge for parts replaced/repaired. A return postage/freight charge may apply.

EXCLUSIONS
Any consequential loss or damage to any person or property directly or indirectly as a result of using the Mumanu® pregnancy pillow.

WORLDWIDE COVERAGE
If you file a warranty claim outside of the country of purchase we reserve the right to charge for postage/freight and/or service fees.
* You may have extra consumer rights in some countries or states of purchase.
