    • Helping you to enjoy your pregnancy even though you’re working full-time (or juggling a work/home balance)
  • Third Trimester
    • Pregnancy massage for common problems- hip and back pain (although if you’ve been coming to us early enough you’re likely to be feeling pretty good at this point), calf cramps, rib pains, shoulder pains, belly pains, temporary relief from nausea (if you’re unlucky enough for it to come back), anxiety, insomnia, pelvic pains, achy feet, sore, stiff hands, low energy, mood swings.
    • Teaching you how to sleep comfortably (if we haven’t seen you before)
    • Enjoying those last few weeks of work and pregnancy, helping you to fully relax before birth and the busy-ness of having a new baby
  • New Motherhood

    • Postnatal massage for common problems – sore back, neck and shoulders, sore arms, low energy levels, anxiety, insomnia, the effects of sleep deprivation, postnatal depression, mood swings
    • Offering you encouragement, support, information and a listening ear
    • Helping you to understand and find peace with your birth if there was trauma and feeling more empowered by your experience
  • Motherhood Massage for common problems– the effects of sleep deprivation, achy back, hips, shoulders and arms, neck, headaches, anxiety, balance moods
