I think pregnancy is a very important period in woman’s life. From the first day when the new life starts, baby depends on his mum. That is why it is so important that pregnant ladies would feel physically and emotionally healthy. Massage is one of the way which can help pregnant women to relax and remove tension from certain parts of the body. At the same time massage helps the baby. Massage can also be a preventive measure from postnatal depression.Indre
