What I liked about the product was the soothing smell and the texture which rubbed on so easily on my chest without stickiness or any residue. Some products can be very over powering but not Mumanu [cold remedy] it was very relaxing and comforting when on. I cannot think how I’d improve this product. And yes I most definitely would recommend it.”
Mainstream cold remedy balms, such as Vicks Vaporub, feel like they’re burning your airways and do very little to soothe your spirit. They’re also made from petro chemicals and Turpentine Oil (yes, the turpentine oil you use to clean paint brushes!)
Mumanu Organic Decongestant Balm is 100% natural, using cold pressed oils for maximum moisture and nourishment for your skin. Free from parabens, petro chemicals and palm oil, this is really the best natural pregnancy cold remedy. Say goodbye to your sore red nose!
Blocked Nose During Pregnancy?
Many women suffer from a stuffy nose during pregnancy due to the increase in the hormone oestrogen. This causes the mucus membranes in the nose to swell and can cause more mucus, blocked sinuses and snoring. A blocked nose during pregnancy can be one of those annoying side-effects no one tells you about. As well as this, the drop in immunity during pregnancy contributes to a higher chance of catching a cold. Pregnant women need a great sinus and cold remedy they can trust.
The Mumanu Organic Decongestant Balm is safe to use during pregnancy. Many cold remedies and sinus sprays are possibly unsafe to use on nasal congestion during pregnancy because of chemicals such as Turpentine Oil and phenylephrine.
All of our balms have an EU safety assessment specifically for use during pregnancy. Soothing, gentle and effective, the Mumanu Organic Decongestant Balm will lift your spirit, soothe your soul and may help you to sleep better.

I received this product at just the right time, as I had been suffering with a blocked nose for nearly a week before this decongestant balm arrived. I was around 33 weeks pregnant and didn’t want to take anything for my cold just in case it was a risk to my baby. Therefore, I was very happy to be able to try this organic decongestant balm to see if it would help. The first thing I noticed was the packaging. It comes in a lovely little jar, very compact but sturdy. It does smell gorgeous, and is not too strong or overpowering as some other leading brands are. I rubbed a little around and under my nose before I went to bed and I have to say I was able to breathe well throughout the night and get a good sleep . The balm was soft and sensitive on my skin, with no stinging like other brands would have done. I really liked how this balm was not thick or sticky, but was soft and smooth, and it soaked into my skin well… Overall, I would recommend this Organic Decongestant Balm to pregnant ladies, where it can work for them, and with it’s organic ingredients, not be harmful to their unborn babies.”
