A gentle guided pregnancy meditation to help you relax and stay calm. I recorded this meditation back in 2005 with a client, who was suffering from severe arthritis, in mind. Whether you’re experiencing pregnancy pains, anxiety in pregnancy, pregnancy insomnia or insomnia early pregnancy, this meditation is for you. Use it when you’re feeling anxious or when you are going to sleep, or trying to get back to sleep.
